ApplicantStack Bulk Candidate Upload

Bulk upload ApplicantStack candidate records in Alpha from a CSV and map columns to ApplicantStack fields.

How to use this tool
  1. Enter the ApplicantStack Domain and API Access Token for the account you are uploading to. The token is available on the ApplicantStack account settings page.
  2. Upload a CSV with one candidate per row, a header row, and separate First Name / Last Name columns.
    • Create a Job that all candidates will be uploaded to (for example, "Import").
    • If you need custom fields, create them in ApplicantStack first, then restart this import.
    • Some fields may be required; creation fails when required mapped fields are missing.
  3. Map each CSV column to an ApplicantStack field.
  4. Choose an open Job to upload candidates into.
  5. Review the import preview, then submit to start the upload.

Note: Large imports can take a while. Stay on this page until the process finishes.
