HUB Impersonator

This webpage allows logging into a legacy HUB employee's portal. This functionality can be useful for seeing exactly what individual users are seeing (i.e. logging in as them) for troubleshooting purposes.

Note: This utility requires a FileGuardian Firm API Key and Password. If you don't have one you will need to generate one.

Warning: This utility was designed for use with legacy HUB. DO NOT use this utility with WorkforceHub! Use the TWP Impersonator or the Provider Portal instead!

  1. Enter the Firm API Key and Secret for the firm the client is under.
  2. Enter the Company Code for the company the employee is under.
  3. Enter the Employee Code (External ID) of the employee to impersonate.
  4. (Optional) Enter the Employee Email of the employee to impersonate - only required if the employee number is not unique.
  5. Click the Impersonate button.
