HUB Impersonator

Log into a legacy HUB employee's portal on Alpha to see exactly what that user sees when troubleshooting.

Warning: This utility was designed for use with legacy HUB. DO NOT use this utility with WorkforceHub! Use the TWP Impersonator or the Provider Portal instead!

How to use this tool

Note: This utility requires a FileGuardian Firm API Key and Password. If you don't have one for the firm in question, you will need to generate one.

  1. Enter the Firm API Key and Secret for the firm the client is under.
  2. Enter the Company Code for the company the employee is under.
  3. Enter the Employee Code (External ID) of the employee to impersonate.
  4. (Optional) Enter the Employee Email of the employee to impersonate - only required if the employee number is not unique.
  5. On Complete, click Impersonate to open the employee portal in a new tab.
