TimeWorksPlus Activity File Compiler

This webpage will allow bulk running of an activity file on all active client sites and will compile it into one single file, with data grouped by client site ID.

Follow the instructions below to use the TimeWorksPlus Activity File Compiler.

  1. Enter your Accountant ID and Accountant API Secret. A couple notes about this:
    • Both of these can be found in the Accountant Menu ≫ Accountant Level Secret Management page inside TimeWorksPlus. Only Accountant-level logins and higher can see/access this page.
    • If the API Secret does not exist, you can generate one using the "Generate" button on that page.
  2. Choose the date range of data you'd like to download.
  3. Optionally, you may enter a file format to download. If no format is chosen, the "csvdetail" format will be downloaded.

Note: This utility currently only works with CSV formats - no other file types are supported at this time.
