TimeWorksPlus Activity File Compiler

Bulk run an activity file on the client sites you select in Alpha and compile the results into one single file, with data grouped by client site ID.

How to use this tool

Note: This utility currently only works with CSV formats. No other file types are supported at this time.

  1. Enter your Accountant ID and Accountant API Secret. A couple notes about this:
    • Both of these can be found in the Accountant Menu > Accountant Level Secret Management page inside TimeWorksPlus. Only Accountant-level logins and higher can see/access this page.
    • If the API Secret does not exist, you can generate one using the "Generate" button on that page.
  2. Choose the date range of data you'd like to download. Optionally enter a file format name (defaults to "csvdetail3").
  3. Select which sites to include. Use search and "Show Active Only" to narrow the list, then check the sites you want.
  4. Submit to compile activity files for the selected sites into one downloadable CSV.
