TimeWorksPlus/WorkforceHub Impersonator

Log into an employee's TimeWorksPlus or WorkforceHub ESS portal in Alpha, or a manager's client/supervisor portal - useful for seeing exactly what a user sees when troubleshooting.

How to use this tool

Note: For WorkforceHub accounts, TimeWorksPlus impersonation still appears and you can also log into WorkforceHub. For manager logins without a Unified Login employee link, WorkforceHub impersonation is unavailable.

  1. Choose Accountant-level or Client-level API Secret, enter the IDs and secret, then continue.
    • Accountant Level API Secret: Accountant Menu > Accountant Level Secret Management (Accountant+).
    • Client Level API Secret: Settings Menu > Client Level API Secret Management (Client+).
    • If no secret exists, generate one on that page.
  2. Select an employee or manager from the list, then continue.
  3. Confirm the selection and click Impersonate - a new tab opens signed in as that user.
